As the name of the organization implies, membership is comprised of two groups. The first group includes parents, siblings and relatives of the participants of Cosmo Industries and residents at Elmwood Residences. The larger group includes members of the community with no familial connection but support the ideal of creating opportunities for persons with disabilities and support their right to make their own choices about issues that affect them.
Membership is free and never expires. (Membership form below)

Our core mission is to champion the rights, dignity, and well-being of individuals living with intellectual disabilities at Elmwood and Cosmopolitan Industries in Saskatoon. We firmly believe in the boundless potential of every person. Our commitment is to ensure that they receive the necessary support, opportunities, and resources to lead fulfilling lives and participate in every aspect of our vibrant city. We do this through the collaboration of community members and elected officials who may or may not have a connection with these two organizations but are passionate about their success and the success of those who depend on them.
Family and Friends of Cosmo and Elmwood do not canvas for donations for ourselves. We advocate on behalf of two premier organizations in our city and ask you to consider making a financial contribution to either of them to further their mission. Your donation plays a vital role in supporting the individuals they serve in Saskatoon. Your generosity ensures they can continue to create positive change and enhance the lives of those living with intellectual disabilities and their communities.
Another option is to donate to the Stensrud Family Top of the Rock Foundation, which helps fund life-enriching and once-in-a-lifetime experiences for persons with intellectual disabilities in Saskatoon and area.
