Cosmo appreciates donations to assist in creating opportunities for adults with intellectual and related disabilities. Use the form below to make a secure donation through Canada Helps. Our goal in 2023 is to raise funds for a much-needed wheelchair van, however we appreciate any donation towards our programs or capital projects.
